Red Sage President Ellen Didier recently shared her personal story about being an entrepreneur during the first session of the FastTrac® NewVenture™ program, hosted by the Decatur-Morgan County Entrepreneurial Center through a partnership with the Women's Business Center of North Alabama.   During the session, Didier spoke about her own experience of opening a small business, including creating a business plan, setting financial goals, and managing the growth of the business.  The FastTrac® NewVenture™ program provides information and assistance to individuals who are considering opening their own business.
