Decatur Morgan Hospital had historical ties that led back to 100 years of caring in Decatur and Morgan County, AL. In 2015, they decided to honor that 100 year anniversary by creating a campaign that would remind residents and hospital employees of the hospital's long history of serving the community's healthcare needs, as well as give something back to the community.

Panoply Rebranding

In its 32nd year, the Panoply Arts Festival in Huntsville, AL had outgrown its brand. The logo no longer accurately reflected the festival's scope and did not show the festival's tie to The Arts Council, Inc., which hosts the annual festival. The Arts Council challenged Red Sage to develop a new brand and messaging that would capture the spirit of the festival and survive the ever changing nature of the event.

The merger of Decatur General Hospital and Parkway Medical Center under the Huntsville Hospital System umbrella had caused many changes within the hospitals, including a consolidation of the labor and delivery services and changes within the OBGYN offices serving the hospitals. Decatur Morgan Hospital needed a campaign that reminded people that labor and delivery services were still available at the hospital and one that highlighted good changes that were happening within the department.

Oakwood University - QEP Campaign

Oakwood University needed to develop an effective short-term PR campaign to actively promote their QEP (Quality Enhancement Program) throughout campus to raise visibility to the level where students, faculty and staff are all aware of the meaning and purpose of the QEP. The campaign had to educate all students and faculty on the core QEP message so all were prepared to correctly answer the question, “What is the QEP?” at any point in time, if questioned by the accreditation team during their campus visit.

Lawrence Medical Center Marketing Plan and Design

With new leadership in place, there were many changes happening at Lawrence Medical Center located in Moulton, Alabama. The hospital had never consistently marketed itself within the community and had never developed a consistently used brand. Additionally, the hospital was getting a brand new state-of-the-art MRI and was beginning to make other changes to add to or upgrade its other service lines. With all of the changes, Lawrence Medical Center selected Red Sage as its partner to develop a strong brand identity and messages in order to increase positive awareness of the hospital and its services within the community.
