Communication Plans
We have developed 12-month communication plans for a number of different industries. What differentiates a plan developed by Red Sage? Details and depth. We start with one or more series of facilitated strategy sessions that include SWOT Analysis, audits of past or current communication efforts, target industry analysis, and competitive analysis. We spend hours conducting in-depth research to identify additional message outlets that could include internal staffing structures and capacity, existing internal databases, external publications, association membership, tradeshows, or other media outlets. We compile our findings and recommend a detailed plan of action that includes several or all of the following:
- An annual calendar that provides an overview of all recommended activities and any related deadlines for media submission
- A Budget Summary at one or more budget levels
- Monthly meeting agendas so customers can carry out plans successfully without further assistance (if they desire)
- Detailed descriptions of all recommended activities including reasons for including in the plan, ways to increase effectiveness of each activity, and all related costs.
- Contact information for all organizational contacts related to different elements recommended in the plan
- Media kits for any advertising outlets recommended
- Summary notes from all strategy sessions
